Processing Times:
- Non-Prescription Glasses: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days for in stock items. In some cases, orders could be delayed due to back-ordered products. We will inform you by email if such delay is expected.
- Prescription Glasses: Orders are processed and shipped in 2-10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the prescription and any customizations requested. In cases of back orders, we will inform you by email if a delay is expected.
Shipping Methods:
- Canada: You have the choice between regular and express shipping services. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is typically 1-3 business days while regular shipping is 3-5 business days.
- USA: We do not currently ship to the USA.
- International Shipping: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 5-9 business days.
Shipping Rates:
- Canada: We offer free regular shipping on all orders shipped within Canada. You can also choose paid express shipping.
- International Shipping: For orders outside of Canada and the USA, the shipping options and rates are available during the checkout process.
Custom Fees & Import Duties:
- For shipping outside Canada, additional customs fees, import duties and local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Care@GetActiveRx.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
