Canadian returns
Canadian customers have 30 days after receiving their order to request a return. This Canada return policy applies to all products currently sold to Canadian customers through ActiveRx.

Accepted Canadian returns are free and handled by mail. To start a return, please contact us at care@getactiverx.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to mail your package. Accepted Canadian returns will be provided with free return-by-mail instructions, including any required return authorization or prepaid return label.

Prescription and custom eyewear
Prescription eyewear, custom lens work, personalized eyewear, and special-order eyewear currently sold to Canadian customers are eligible for return under this policy when they meet the condition requirements above.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging. Gift cards, if offered, are not returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
