Warranty Policy

Overview

ActiveRx provides a 12-month limited warranty, beginning on the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in eyewear purchased from ActiveRx. This coverage includes branded frames, prescription and non-prescription lenses, and defects in prescription lens processing or product assembly.

Warranty claims are separate from returns. If you wish to return an eligible product within 30 days after receiving it, please review our Return Policy.

12-Month ActiveRx Warranty

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects reported within 12 months after delivery to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. A manufacturing defect is a fault in materials, workmanship, lens processing, or assembly that was not caused by use, accidental damage, improper care, or an unauthorised modification.
